There is always a friendly welcome at the Pilates classes. Amanda provides exactly the right balance of support and encouragement, she pays great attention to each person in the class, checking out any new ailments you may have and has a brilliant way of explaining things to make sure you’re getting the most out of the exercise. Amanda is an excellent teacher with a lovely calm and genuine manner, I was a complete beginner when I joined and now feel my core is stronger and have increased flexibility and movement, I always leave her class with a terrific sense of general wellbeing, I would recommend her classes to anyone.

First class with Amanda this evening, feeling relaxed, refreshed but equally like I’ve been worked hard! I always feel great after Amanda’s classes and she makes it fun. You can go at your own level and she thoroughly demonstrates all the exercises. I have had back issues in the past and have had problems with other classes. I feel this class is perfect for me and safe for my back.
