Exercise has always been a central part of my life; dancing, swimming, running and cycling. Then I developed my love for Pilates.

Pilates is a true mind, body and spirit approach to movement, which focuses on strengthening core powerhouse muscles, building lean muscle tone and provides a remedy for injuries or poor postural habits. Pilates is also simply a time to breathe, relax and escape.

I have nearly a decade of experience teaching and have really developed by own style which has proved very popular with my clients. Other areas include Pilates Reformer and Barre. I’m a specialist in Pre/Postnatal fitness and have a young family of my own.

I now run my own reformer studio, have an growing online membership community “The Pilates Club” and run retreats.

Pilates is a way of life on and off the mat. Sharing my knowledge and making others feel incredible is my passion.
